Eligibility
Nationality:
The applicant must be a citizen of India in accordance with the Indian Citizenship Act of 1955.
Age limit –
 (i) Flying Branch: The minimum age requirement for applicants is 20, while the maximum age for the flying branch is 24. Applicants may have their upper age limit relaxed up to 26 years if they currently have a Commercial Pilot License granted by the DGCA (India).
(ii)Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches: The minimum age for ground duty is 20, while the maximum age is 26.

Educational Qualifications
- Flying Branch
- Passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Math and Physics at Class 10 + 2 and Graduation (minimum 3-year degree) in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent OR
- Qualified Aeronautical Society of India or section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. OR
- BE/B Tech degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
- Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) –
- Passed with minimum 50% marks in both Physics and Maths in Class 12th. OR
- Obtain a minimum or equivalent of 60% in the following disciplines to qualify in the Sections A and B examination of the Aeronautical Society of India, Associate Graduate Membership test of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, or Institution of Engineers (India)
